Power Quotes
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others." - Marianne Williamson
"Fame is a vapor, popularity is an accident, riches take wings, those who cheer today may curse tomorrow and only one thing endures - character." - Harry Truman

Thanks Sherman for sharing Randy Pauschs' story…
It is very sad and inspiring at the same time. He is leaving a wonderful legacy for his family and the world.
I respect every individual to choose, in fact that is vital, however, it is a shame that people either ignore the Alternative methods of treatment, or only try them as a last resort when there is virtually no vital force left to deal with…
Obviously, people can only do what they know and understand, or else trust someone else to tell them, and medically speaking the traditional western model has a huge body of research and funding to support it!
I should go and write something on my own blog. It is brand new, so still in the early stages of development http://mindbodyedge.com/thinkhealth

Thanks for sharing, Sherman. Pausch is quite inspiring on several levels.
Sherman Hu @ 10:42 am:
@Sheryl - thanks for commenting, Sheryl! You bet
@Lynne - Thanks for sharing, Lynn! I'm with you on this point.
A friend of mine was diagnosed with throat cancer and given 6 months to
live. Both his wife and he flew to India to be treated by an Ayurvedic
medicine specialist and was healed. Local doctors were amazed.
I've shared with Sarah in the past to put me on the first flight to India if
I get diagnosed with cancer.
Thanks Lynn. Cheers!
