How Does SMS/RVM Work?

Here’s the process:

  1. Import Customer List / Database:
    1. For prospecting, you pick a target based on available criteria, eg area, age, income etc. and we extract a list that fits your requested geographical and socio-economic criteria.
    2. Or if you have your own CSV of your prospects’ names and telephone numbers (mobile and landlines accepted), we’ll upload the list to our system.
    3. Our system will sift between mobile (which will deliver business text) and landlines (which will deliver your recorded voicemail message, also known as a Voice Drop).
  2. Scripting:
    1. Let’s determine & craft the text messaging you want to send, drip sequencing messages and your ‘voice’ (to personalize and humanize your broadcasts).
    2. You create a script for the recorded Voice Drops, record the message and send us the MP3 file. Optionally, we can guide you with the scripting and one of our voice over artists (male or female is your choice) will record it for you.
  3. Launch & Sequencing:
    1. We assign you with a 10-digit number for your account/campaign. This number can be routed to your mobile/landline. This is a working number so customers/prospects can “callback” from their phones to reach you.
    2. We broadcast your campaign of SMS messages (to mobile phones) and RVMs (to landlines).
