Episode 18 of this ShermanLive.com podcast showcases an interview with business consultant Bob Barrie about his client, "Sterlings Southern Cafe".

Sterlings Southern Cafe is an upscale restaurant in the little coastal town of St Marys Georgia. The restaurant has collected 700+ email addresses over the last 6 months - an initiative that Bob recommended. Sterlings is moving across the street after a major renovation to an historic home (and going from 32 seats to 80 seats), so Bob created a slidecast video to present this development. The slidecast video that Bob created caused such a buzz that they are getting calls from TV stations and magazines to feature the restaurant.

In this interview, Bob shares his connection with the owner of the Sterlings, his mindset in helping out this client, the technology he used to create and host the slidecast video, and the results he has helped them achieve to date.
